Refund policy

Our return policy is as follows, any item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or soiled, with tags and labels attached where applicable and it’s dispatched back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. 

Simply email us at info@keturah-designs.com with your order number. 

Once your email has been received, you must wait for a reply from us with further instructions on how to return your item either for an exchange or refund which must be within 14 days of the reply sent to you from us.

You can only exchange your item for another size.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, taxes etc for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We aim to process all returns within 5 days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch at info@keturah-designs.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or soiled items and gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business working days for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund too.
